We do our best to answer emails as soon as possible, typically within 4 hours of receipt.

Technical Support

For technical support, please open a support ticket. We target a reply to tickets within four hours with a resolution within twelve hours.

Abuse

If you want to report abuse please email us at [email protected]. Please include as much detail from the abuse you have received so we can investigate in full. We will acknowledge your complaint within 1 working day, and we aim to resolve any issues within 5 working days.

Complaints

If you wish to report a complaint please email us at [email protected] and clearly state your communication is to raise a complaint. Complaints will be raised directly with QiQ's Managing Director to aide in a swift resolution. Please include as much detail regarding the complaint so we can investigate fully. We will acknowledge your complaint within 1 working day. in the unlikely event you are not satisfied with the outcome following a complaint, QiQ will advise of other escalation paths available to you. This may, for example, include contacting domain name registries for assistance.
